玉米淀粉/可得然胶共混膜材的微观结构与性能研究

摘  要:研究不同共混比对玉米淀粉/可得然胶(CS/CL)可降解膜材的力学性能、相容性和薄膜微观结构的影响。研究表明,CS与CL的混合减少了玉米淀粉分子和可得然胶分子各自微晶的形成,增加可得然胶导致玉米淀粉和可得然胶共混体系中的氢键增加,这也表明两个体系之间有一定的相容性。与纯CL膜材相比,CS/CL共混膜的透光率、拉伸强度和弹性模量增加。随着CL的混入,共混膜材的断裂伸长率逐渐增加,水溶性逐渐降低,虽然各比例共混膜材的断裂伸长率无显著性差异,但均高于纯CS膜材。7∶3共混膜材的水蒸气透过率与纯CS膜材相比有所降低,这表明CL的加入对于膜材的性能有一定的改善作用。综合来看,7∶3共混膜的性能最好,其透光率高于纯CL膜材,水蒸气透过率和水溶性低于纯CS膜材,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和弹性模量均大于其他共混膜材。The effects of different blending ratios on the mechanical properties,compatibility and microstructure of corn starch(CS)/curdlan(CL)degradable films were studied.The results show that the mixture of CS and CL could inhibit the formation of microcrystals of corn starch and curdlan,and the addition of curdlan leds to the increase of hydrogen bonds in the blend system of corn starch and curdlan,which also indicates that there is a certain compatibility between the two systems.Comparing with pure CL film,the transmittance,tensile strength and elastic modulus of CS/CL blend film are increased.With the addition of CL,the elongation at break of the blend film gradually increases,while the water solubility gradually decreases.Although there is no significant difference in the elongation at break of the blend film in each proportion,it is higher than that of the pure CS film.The water vapor transmittance of 7∶3 blend film is lower than that of pure CS film,which indicates that the addition of CL can improve the properties of the film to a certain extent.In general,7∶3 blend film has the best performance,with higher light transmittance than pure CL film,lower water vapor transmittance and water solubility than pure CS film,and higher tensile strength,elongation at break and elastic modulus than other blend film.
