面向高职扩招的“分类、分组、分段”三导师制实施路径探究

摘  要:针对高职扩招社会生源具有教育背景差异化、学习需求多样化、就读期限长短不一、学习基础较薄弱、求学目的性强等特点,对其教育和培养按教育背景分类、按学习需求分组、按培养期限分段,由学校专任教师担任专业导师、由企业骨干员工担任岗位导师、由学校优秀学长担任学业导师,形成“分类、分组、分段”三导师制。要顺利高效地实施三导师制,需要规范导师选拔机制,明确导师工作职责,并打造高质量的导师团队。The students of social sources enrolled by higher technical vocational and education training(TVET)colleges under the enrollment expansion are characterized by differentiated education backgrounds,diversified learning needs,varied learning periods,weakened learning foundation and desired learning practicability.Their education therefore should be conducted based on background categorization,group needs,and stage sections under the tri-mentor system,within which full-time college teachers act as scholastic mentors,top company employees act as corporate mentors and excellent college students act as peer mentors.For a successful and efficient operation of this system,no effort shall be spared to ensure standardization of mentor selection,specification of mentor duties as well as building of a quality mentor group.
