摘  要:γ-聚谷氨酸(γ-polyglutamic acid,γ-PGA)是一种新型绿色高分子材料,被广泛应用于农业生产、食品、医药等众多领域。目前γ-PGA生产成本高,产量低等问题较为突出。为降低生产成本,该文以廉价甘蔗糖蜜作为碳源。利用单因素与响应面法优化发酵培养基。结果显示,最佳培养基组成为糖蜜可溶性固形物浓度8.68%、酵母膏浓度4.23 g/L、FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O浓度0.78 g/L,味精浓度80 g/L,γ-PGA产量为(67.88±0.41)g/L,与预测值67.17 g/L非常接近,相较于优化前γ-PGA产量提高了1.19倍,为工业化生产奠定基础。γ-Polyglutamic acid(γ-PGA)is a novel eco-friendly polymer.It has been widely used in agriculture,food,medicine,and many other industries.To date,the major problem withγ-PGA is its high production cost with low yield.To reduce the production cost,cane molasses(a low cost product)was selected as the carbon source for fermentation,and single factor test and response surface methodology were used to optimize the fermentation medium.The results showed that the optimal medium composition was molasses with 8.68%soluble solid,4.23 g/L yeast extract,0.78 g/L FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O and 80 g/L monosodium glutamate.Under the above conditions,the yield ofγ-PGA reached(67.88±0.41)g/L,which was similar to the predicted value of 67.17 g/L.The yield increased by about 1.19 times compared with the control.This result could lay the foundation for industrial production.
