摘　　要：针对现阶段成人学习者远程学习进行一些研究,包括该行业发展的现状、受影响的因素等。从多个层次、多个方面来思考与研究成人学习者远程学习适应性方面的问题。从宏观角度与微观角度来分析成人学习者与远程教育供应方的关系,从二者之间的适应性入手,站在规划、活动、观念等角度进行系统性的研究,或者从教学关系入手,站在教学主体双方的角度看待学习适应性这一课题。若想提升成人学习者远程学习适应性,不仅要从成人学习者自身展开研究,还要努力提升远程教育学习机构的能力,互相帮助,互相促进。This paper conducts some researches on the distance learning of adult learners at present, including the current situation of the development of the industry and the factors affecting it. The adaptability of adult distance learning should be considered and studied from multiple levels and aspects: analyzing the relationship between adult learners and distance education suppliers from the macro and micro perspectives, starting with the adaptability between them, and conducting systematic research from the perspective of planning, activities and concepts, or starting with the teaching relationship, and viewing the learning adaptability from the perspective of both of the teaching subjects. To improve the adaptability of adult learners’ distance learning, efforts should be made not only on the research on learners, but also on the improvement of the ability of distance learning institutions, helping and promoting each other.
