摘 要:线上学习资源为实验室的线下动手操作提供了必要的知识储备,拓展了实验教学的广度和深度,成为连接基础理论和创新实践的重要桥梁.为使线上资源更好地发挥这一桥梁作用,教师要做好启发、引领和督学,要充分激发学生在线学习的主动性和创造性.为此,需要探索建立科学性与趣味性兼具、外在激励与内在激励并重、硬约束与软约束结合的线上资源库.这些要求具体体现在资源内容、资源形式、学习方法、督学方式等一系列细节上.访谈结果表明,改革实践带来了更加热烈的学习氛围,有助于培养勤学善思、创新争先的学习习惯,为学生开辟出一条通向主动思考的学术探索之路.Online learning resources,which provide necessary knowledge reserves for offline practical operations in the laboratory,and expand the breadth and depth of experiment teaching,have become an important bridge connecting basic theories learning and innovative practices.In order to give full play to this bridge,teachers should do a good job in inspiring,guiding and supervising,and fully stimulate students’initiative and creativity in online learning.To this end,an online resource bank that is both scientific and interesting,emphasizing both external and internal incentives,and combining hard and soft constraints should be constructed.These requirements are embodied in details,such as content and form of the resources,learning and supervising method and so on.The results of the interviews show that the reform practice has led in a more enthusiastic learning atmosphere,which helps to cultivate the learning habits of diligence and innovation,and opens up a path to academic exploration for students with independent thinking.
