摘  要:设计了一种纯电动汽车机械式自动变速器(AMT)电控实验系统。该系统硬件包括机械结构、电气控制柜、控制器硬件、上位机和下位机等。上位机用于LabVIEW和Matlab/Simulink软件的调试和联合仿真;下位机运行整车动力学模型。动力系统建模、换挡策略及制动能量回收等模块均采用Simulink进行搭建。该系统可计算AMT各个档位的传动比和整车重量,计算驱动、制动过程中能量的消耗与回收,以及编写驱动电动机的CAN协议等实验,有助于掌握纯电动汽车电控AMT换挡策略,制动能量回收和Simulink与LabVIEW的联合仿真等知识。An electronic control experimental system for automatic mechanical transmission(AMT) of pure electrical vehicles is designed.The system hardware includes mechanical structure,electrical control cabinet,controller hardware,upper computer and lower computer.The upper computer is used for debugging and joint simulation of LabVIEW and Matlab/Simulink software,and the lower computer runs the vehicle dynamics model.The power system modeling,shift strategy and braking energy recovery modules are built by Simulink.The system can carry out the experiments of calculating the transmission ratio and vehicle weight of each gear of AMT,calculating the energy consumption and recovery in the process of driving and braking,and writing the CAN protocol of driving motor etc.It is helpful to master the knowledge of shift strategy,braking energy recovery and joint simulation of Simulink and LabVIEW about electronic controlled AMT of pure electric vehicle.
