摘 要:高等特殊教育的开展情况对衡量一个国家的教育事业发展程度具有重要的意义。在这一背景下,高等融合教育成为高等特殊教育研究的重点,引起了社会各界的广泛关注。文章从高等融合教育的教学理念、课程规划、学习方法、学校管理、政策关怀等多个层面进行研究,针对传统高等特殊教育过程中发现的问题提出建议,提高残障学生的社会融入度,保障特殊群体的平等权利,推动融合教育理念下高等特殊教育的转型。The situation of the development of higher special education is of great significance to measure the developmental degree of education cause in a country.Under this background,higher integrated education has become the focus of higher special education research,which has aroused widespread concern in the society.This paper makes researches from many levels such as the teaching concept,curriculum planning,learning methods,school management and policy care of higher integrated education,and puts forward some suggestions on the problems found in the process of traditional higher special education,so as to improve the social integration degree of disabled students,ensure the equal rights of special groups and promote the transformation of higher special education under the concept of integrated education.
