摘 要:随着我国社会经济的快速发展以及人们生活水平的不断提高,食品安全问题受到了社会的广泛关注。食品检验实验室的主要工作是对食品安全进行检验,从而得到真实可靠且大量的样品检验数据,以此判定食品安全水平,检验环节的质量控制会对最终检验结果的可靠性形成直接影响。基于此,本文结合具体工作经验,总结出食品实验室检验环节的技术风险点,并提出针对性的质量控制对策,旨在防范检验数据出现偏差,保证检验结果的精准可靠,为食品安全工作提供技术支撑。With the rapid development of China’s social economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, food safety has attracted extensive attention. The main work of the food inspection laboratory is to inspect the food safety, so as to obtain authentic, reliable and large amount of sample inspection data to determine the food safety level. The quality control of the inspection link will have a direct impact on the reliability of the final inspection results. Based on this, combined with specific work experience, this paper summarizes the technical risk points in the food laboratory inspection link, and proposes targeted quality control countermeasures, aiming to prevent the deviation of inspection data, ensure the accuracy and reliability of inspection results, and provide technical support for food safety work.
