摘  要:食品在生活中占据着重要的地位,为生命活动提供了能量。随着人们物质生活的日益丰富,食品安全问题频频发生。近些年,媒体曾报道多起因食品质量引起的食品安全问题,这表明了应用食品安全检测技术的必要性,但现有的检测技术还存在着检测时间长、准确性不高、检测项目单一等缺点,不能快速、高效地完成现场检测工作。因此,不断发展食品安全检测技术是保障食品安全的关键环节。Food plays a pivotal role in our lives, providing energy for our life activities. However, with the increasing abundance of human material life, food safety problems occur frequently. In recent years, the media has reported a number of problems caused by food quality, which shows the necessity of applying food safety testing technology, but the existing testing technology still has the shortcomings of long detection time, low accuracy, single testing items, etc., and cannot quickly and efficiently complete the work of on-site testing. Therefore, the continuous development of food safety testing technology is a key link in ensuring food safety.
