摘 要:新农科建设要求培养多学科背景、高素质的复合型现代农业人才,打造“交叉学科”人才培养新模式,着力提升学生的跨学科思维和创新能力,将有利于加速农业现代化进程,更好为乡村振兴和科技强国提供有力支撑。对新农科建设的时代背景和“交叉学科”人才培养的需求进行探讨,并积极探索新农科背景下的“交叉学科”人才培养新模式,从培养目标、选拔机制、培养方案、协作主体、过程管理与评价体系进行多方面梳理并提出相应路径,助力涉农高校人才培养模式的改革与发展。The construction of the “new agricultural science” requires us to train compound modern agricultural talents with multi-disciplinary background and high-quality, to create a new mode of interdisciplinary talent training, and to improve students’ interdisciplinary thinking and innovation ability, which will help accelerate the process of agricultural modernization and better provide a strong support for rural revitalization and the construction of a powerful country with science and technology. This paper discusses the background of the development of “new agricultural science” and the needs of the interdisciplinary talent training. Then, it actively explores the interdisciplinary talent training model under the background of “new agricultural science” construction.From the training objectives, the selection mechanism, the training plans, the collaboration subjects, the process management and evaluation system, we have sorted out and put forward the corresponding paths to help the reform and development of the talent training mode in agricultural colleges and universities.
