摘 要:针对“食品安全检测技术”课程教学内容多、知识面广、课时有限、学习相对困难的特点,在教学实践中尝试引入基于问题教学模式,探索如何利用基于问题教学法激发学生的学习兴趣,提高教学效果。从教学内容、教学过程、问题设计、教学手段、评价体系等五个方面进行了具体的探索和改革,发现基于问题教学法切实可行,弥补了传统教学方法的不足,很好地提高了“食品安全检测技术”课程教学质量和学习效果,为食品质量与安全等专业主干课程的理论教学改革提供了一定的借鉴。In view of the characteristics of the course of Food Safety Testing Technology, which has many contents, a wide range of knowledge, limited class teaching time and more difficulties in learning, the problembased teaching mode has been introduced in the teaching practices. We explore how to use the problem-based teaching method to stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve the teaching effect. The specific exploration has been conducted from the five aspects of the teaching content, the teaching process, the problem design, the teaching means and the evaluation system. It is found that the problem-based teaching method is feasible, which makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional teaching methods and improves the teaching quality and learning effect of the Food Safety Testing Technology course. It provides some reference for the theoretical teaching reform of other main courses of the majors such as food quality and safety major.
