摘　　要：道德的本色是利他性。道德利他是道德领域的正向现象,其发端于血亲之间的亲缘之爱,而后得益于人际之间的互惠往来,最终可达至于他人的无私奉献境界。这一进程不仅是道德利他从亲缘性利他走向纯粹性利他的内在逻辑,也是道德教育的精神指向和使命。然而,社会变革等因素导致“近亲疏远”“重得轻德”“贵德忘我”的社会现象在不断地消解道德利他。因此,道德教育应以“天性”为根基、以“人性”为内核、以“德性”为旨归,释放道德利他之力量。The true nature of morality is altruism.Moral altruism is a positive phenomenon in the moral field.It originated from the kinship love between blood relatives,then benefited from the reciprocal exchanges between people,and finally reached the realm of selfless dedication of others.This process is not only the internal logic of moral altruism from kinship altruism to pure altruism,but also the spiritual direction and mission of moral education.However,the social change and other factors lead to the social phenomena of"close relatives alienation,""light of virtue"and"forget about virtue"in the constant elimination of moral altruism.Therefore,moral education should be based on"nature,"with"humanity"as the core,with"virtue"for the purpose,release the power of moral altruism.
