摘　　要：随着葡萄酒消费市场日趋成熟,葡萄酒质量安全问题受到越来越多的关注。本文重点分析了葡萄酒储存过程中常见的质量问题及其影响因素,并针对性地提出储存建议,为酒商和消费者储存葡萄酒提供了较为全面、合理的参考。With the increasing maturity of the wine market,more and more attention has been paid to the quality and safety of wine.This paper focuses on the analysis of the common quality problems and their influencing factors in the process of wine storage,and puts forward corresponding storage suggestions,so as to provide more comprehensive and reasonable reference for wine merchants and consumers.
