摘 要:随着啤酒业的发展,啤酒爱好者以及啤酒制造商对啤酒发酵的工艺要求也不断提升。目前现有的商用设备需在合适的时间手动添加酵母,且在发酵完成后仍需人工分离酵母和啤酒产品。本文介绍了一种家用的自分离啤酒发酵桶及其发酵方法,相比现有发酵技术而言,更便于用户操作。同时,由于传统发酵桶易滋生菌群,本文介绍的发酵桶能有效减少菌落的滋生,提高发酵啤酒的质量。With the development of beer industry,beer lovers and beer manufacturers have constantly improved their requirements for beer fermentation technology.At present,the existing commercial equipment needs to manually add yeast at the right time,and it still needs to manually separate yeast and beer products after fermentation.This paper introduces a domestic self separation beer fermentation barrel and its fermentation method,which is more convenient for users to operate than the existing fermentation technology.At the same time,because the traditional fermentation barrel is easy to breed bacteria,the fermentation barrel introduced in this paper can effectively reduce the breeding of colonies and improve the quality of fermented beer.
