摘 要:速度构成了现代性的核心,它承载着个人梦想、规划和美好生活的实现与社会的文明进步。现代性条件下的教育也在以其特有的方式追求着速度,速度逻辑影响着现代性教育的基本运行。现代教育对速度的追求表现为绩效导向的考评机制、理性进步的知识偏好、时间焦虑的内心体验。速度逻辑作用下的现代性教育具有重大历史意义却也引发了严重的后果,速度技术空间抑制原初本真空间、技术合理性遮蔽价值合理性、社会时间对生命时间的宰制,这将窒息教育的精神性和灵魂而导致“新异化的诞生”。现代教育需要超越工程—技术导向,摆脱速度逻辑的束缚,对教育的过程属性保持自觉,坚守教育的人文精神化育功能,促进学生之生命时间的解放,在速度解放的时代更好地促进人的解放和全面发展。Speed,the core of modernity,carries individual dreams,plans,good life,as well as the progress of social civilization. Under the conditions of modernity,education is also pursuing speed in its own way,and the logic of speed dominates the basic operation of modern education. The pursuit of speed in modern education is reflected in the performance-oriented assessment mechanism,the intellectual preference for rational progress,and the inner experience in time anxiety. Modern education dominated by the logic of speed is of historical significance,but it leads to serious consequences:The space of speed and technology suppresses that of original nature,the rationality of technology obscures that of value,and social time dominates life time;this will retrain the spirit and essence of education,and lead to the "birth of new alienation." Therefore,modern education needs to go beyond the engineering-technology trend,get rid of the restriction from the logic of speed,stay alert to the process of education,play the educational role in the cultivation of students’ humanistic spirit,and promote the liberation of students’ life time so as to improve their emancipation and all-round development in the era of educational speed liberation.
