摘  要:目的探讨以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法教学在口腔全科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月于本院口腔全科轮转进行住院医师规范化培训(住培)的124名实习医生为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各62名。观察组实习医生采用PBL教学法,对照组实习医生采用传统教学法。于住培开始当日和结束当日进行技能测试和理论测试,采用SPSS 21.0统计学软件进行统计分析两组住培前后的临床实践技能评分、业理论知识储备能力、医患沟通能力和自我学习发展的能力。结果住培后,两组学生的临床实践技能评分较住培前均有所提高,观察组学生的临床实践技能各项评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。专业理论知识储备能力、医患沟通能力和自我学习发展的能力的评价比较显示,两组学生住培后专业理论知识储备能力、医患沟通能力和自我学习发展的能力评分较住培前均有所提高,观察组学生的专业理论知识储备能力、医患沟通能力和自我学习发展的能力均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论与传统教学相比,口腔全科住院医师规范化培训应用PBL教学更能提高实习医生专业技能水平和理论水平。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching in the standardized training of dental general resident physicians.Methods Selected 124 interns who had undergone standardized training(regulation training)for residents in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 in the general dental practice of our hospital.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by a random number table method.There were 62 cases in each group.The interns in the observation group adopted the PBL teaching mode,and the interns in the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.Perform skill tests and theoretical tests on the day of the start and end of the training,and use SPSS 21.0 software to statistically analyze the scores of clinical practice skills before and after the two groups of training,professional theoretical knowledge reserve,doctor-patient communication skills,and self-learning development capabilities.Results After the training,the clinical practice skills scores of the two groups of students were improved compared with those before the training,and the clinical practice skills scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of the evaluation of professional theoretical knowledge reserve ability,doctor-patient communication ability and self-learning development ability shows that the scores of the two groups of students'professional theoretical knowledge reserve ability,doctor-patient communication ability and self-learning development ability after the training are higher than before Improved.The students in the observation group had higher professional theoretical knowledge reserve ability,doctor-patient communication ability and self-learning development ability than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching,the standardized training of general dental resident physicians and the application of PBL teaching can improve the professional skills and theoretical level of interns.
