摘 要:目的探讨线上“互联网+”教学平台结合CBL、PBL教学法对培养口腔医学生专业素质的教学效果。方法在大四下学期,对佛山科学技术学院2015级口腔医学本科1班(对照组)和创新班(研究组)的两班学生分别采用传统的LBL教学法和“互联网+”结合CBL、PBL教学法,课程结束后进行闭卷笔试和操作技能考试,问卷调查学生对自我和教学效果的主观评价,所得数据应用SPSS 22.0统计学软件进行t检验分析。结果研究组学生的笔试成绩总分高于对照组,特别在论述题和病例分析题部分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而操作技能成绩两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);收回56份问卷表的结果显示,研究组学生对口腔医学的专业兴趣、自学的自觉性和对教学的满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用“互联网+”结合CBL、PBL教学法,有利于提升口腔医学本科生的医学专业素质和临床思维能力,但对学生实践动手能力的提高作用有限。Objective To explore the effect of“internet+”combined with CBL and PBL on cultivating professional quality and clinical-thinking ability of stomatology students Methods In foshan university,at the eighth-semester,the conventional LBL method,Internet+integrated CBL,PBL method were used for 2015 grade students of the classone(control group)and the innovation class(research team),respectively.After course,examinations on medical knowlegde and operation skills,the questionnaire survey on teaching effect were carried out.All data were analyzed for t test using SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results The total score for the students in the study group was higher than that in the control group,especially in the essaytype and case analysis section(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in practical ability(P>0.05).The results of questionnaires display that the students in the study group show more interest in oral medicine,self-taught and satisfaction with teaching than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Internet+integrated CBL,PBL teaching method could improve the medical professional quality and clinical thinking ability of stomatology undergraduates,but has a limited effect on the improvement of students'practical ability.
