摘 要:目的探究基于图像存储与传输系统(based on image storage and transmission system,PACS)的以问题为基础的学习教学模式(PBL)在医学影像科教学中的效果。方法选取本校2019年1月—2022年12月100名2020级医学影像科专业学生,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组均50名,对照组给予传统教学模式,观察组采用基于PACS的PBL教学法,比较两组学习效果、考试成绩、教学满意度、核心能力及批判性思维。结果(1)观察组教学效果各项评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)观察组理论知识与实践能力评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)观察组教学满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)观察组专业发展、人际关系等各项核心能力考核评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(5)观察组寻求真相、分析能力等批判性思维考核评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于PACS系统的PBL教学法在医学影像科教学中,能够显著提高教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of problembased learning and teaching mode(PBL)based on image storage and transmission system(PACS)in medical imaging teaching.Methods 100 medical imaging students of grade 2020 in our university from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 students in each group.The control group was given the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group used the PBL teaching method based on PACS to compare the learning effects,examination results,teaching satisfaction,core competence and critical thinking of the two groups.Results(1)The scores of the observation group's teaching effect were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).(2)The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).(3)The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).(4)The evaluation scores of various core competences such as professional development and interpersonal relationship of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).(5)The critical thinking evaluation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method based on PACS system can significantly improve the teaching effect in medical imaging teaching.
