摘 要:文章旨在针对传统病理学实验教学法存在的问题,探讨以团队为基础的学习(team based learning,TBL)的教学法在留学生病理实验课中的应用效果。随机选取在本校学习的临床医学专业留学生60名为教学对象,采用TBL教学法进行病理实验课教学。课程结束后,通过问卷调查评价学习效果。与传统的以教师授课为中心的教学法(lecture based learning,LBL)相比,留学生更加认同TBL教学法对自身综合学习能力的积极影响。留学生病理学实验课采用TBL教学法,克服了LBL教学法单一乏味的弊端,对学生具有更大的吸引力。通过理论联系实际,有利于加深学生对所学知识的理解,培养综合分析问题和解决问题的能力,更好地发挥学生的主动性和创造性,且有助于提高学生的团队交流策略和能力,更加符合新时期医学教育理念,是一次积极有价值的探索和创新。To discuss the application effect of team based learning(TBL)teaching method in pathology experiment classes for foreign students in view of the problems existing in the traditional pathology experiment teaching method.We randomly selected 60 international students of clinical medicine major studying in our school as teaching objects,and used TBL teaching method to teach pathology experiment.At the end of the course,the learning effect is evaluated by questionnaire.Compared with the traditional teacher based learning(LBL),foreign students more agree with the positive impact of TBL on their comprehensive learning ability.TBL teaching method is adopted in pathology experiment class for foreign students,which overcomes the disadvantage of single and tedious LBL teaching method and has greater attraction for students.Combining theory with practice is conducive to deepening students'understanding of what they have learned,cultivating their ability to comprehensively analyze and solve problems,giving better play to students'initiative and creativity,improving students'team communication strategies and abilities,and more in line with the concept of medical education in the new era.It is a positive and valuable exploration and innovation.
