散装谷物船自动配载方案分析

摘　　要：为实现散装谷物专运船在一港装卸单一谷物的情况下,自动生成满足稳性、浮态等要求的配载方案,采用基于Excel结合VBA的程序,在选定载重线,输入谷物积载因数等参数后,自动查表计算船舶稳性、吃水差等指标,通过设置吃水差的要求,生成能满足浮态要求的备选方案,经程序选出达到稳性等要求的配载方案,并填制散装谷物运输稳性计算专用表格,减轻配载人员工作强度,提升工作效率。In order to realize the automatic generation of stowage scheme meeting the requirements of stability and floating state when the special bulk grain carrier loads and unloads a single grain in one port,the program based on Excel and VBA was developed.After selecting the load line and inputting the grain stowage factor and other parameters,it can automatically look up the table to calculate the indexes such as ship stability and draft difference.By setting the requirements of draft difference,the alternative scheme meeting the floating requirements was generated,so as to select the stowage scheme that meets the stability and other requirements,and the special table for stability calculation of bulk grain transportation was filled in.It can reduce the work intensity of stowage personnel and improve work efficiency.
