摘  要:通过对比我国“双减”政策和日本“宽松教育”在内容、落实和影响等方面的异同,尝试为我国“双减”政策的成功实施提供可资借鉴的思路与方法。具体而言,我国“双减”政策在政策内容和落实方面优势明显,但在社会理念方面,因家长教育观念的偏差使得家庭、学校与社会教育合力存在缺口,这也成为“双减”落实的瓶颈。为保证“双减”政策有效落实,需从转变家长教育观念、提升学校教学质量、推进招生考试改革、改进综合评价体系等方面着手。Through the comparison of China’s "double reduction" policy and Japan’s yutori education on aspects of the content,the implementation and the impact,an attempt is made to provide useful ides and available methods for successfully implementing the "double reduction" policy in China.Specifically,in terms of policy content and policy implementation,China has obvious advantages.However,when it comes to social concepts,the deviation of parents’educational concepts has made education’s joint efforts insufficient,which has become a bottleneck in the implementation of the policy.In order to ensure the effective advancement of the policy,it is necessary to change parents’educational concepts,improve the school’s teaching quality,advance the admission examination reform,and promote the comprehensive evaluation system.
