摘  要:目的:引进美国学前儿童情绪检核量表(PFC-S)并进行中文版修订,考察其在上海学前儿童中的信度和效度,并建立上海教师卷常模。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法,在上海市采样来自11所幼儿园的1130例幼儿(男578,女552),由教师填写PFC-S,进行信效度分析,并以长处与困难问卷(SDQ)、教师报告表(TRF)作为平行效度检验工具。6周后,其中86例被召回重测。结果:各条目鉴别力良好,探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析均表明,PFC-S呈现的五因子模型拟合良好(χ^(2)/df=3.59,RMSEA=0.068,GFI=0.9,AGFI=0.869,IFI=0.901,CFI=0.9)。PFC-S总分与SDQ情绪症状、品行问题、多动与注意不能、同伴交往因子分及困难总分,和TRF焦虑抑郁、躯体主诉因子分均呈正相关(r=0.60,0.44,0.49,0.57,0.55,0.50,0.29;P<0.01),与SDQ亲社会行为因子分呈负相关(r=-0.51,P<0.01)。内部一致性信度为0.902,23个条目得分与总分的相关系数在0.332~0.741,分半信度为0.693,6周后重测信度0.618。PFC-S中位数是9,均值是12.07±10.64,分性别和年龄组建立了中国上海学前儿童情绪检核量表(教师卷)的百分位常模,第95百分位划界值为34。结论:学前儿童情绪检核量表(教师卷)是一套信效度较好,结构合理的学前儿童抑郁情绪测评工具,适用于筛查学前儿童抑郁情绪问题。Objective:To introduce the American Preschool Feelings Checklist-Scale Version(PFC-S)and revise the Chinese version to examine its reliability and validity in Shanghai preschool children,to establish a norm for Shanghai teacherversion.Methods:Using stratified cluster sampling,1130children(male 578,female 552)from 11 kindergartens were sampled in Shanghai.Teachers filled in PFC-S.We carried out reliability and validity analysis,and used Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire(SDQ)and Teacher's Report Form(TRF)as parallel validity test tools.Six weeks later,86of them were recalled for retesting.Results:The discrimination of each item was good,both exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis showed that the five-factor model presented by PFC-S fited well(χ^(2)/df=3.59,RMSEA=0.068,GFI=0.9,AGFI=0.869,IFI=0.901,CFI=0.9).The total score of PFC-S was positively correlated with the scores of SDQ emotionalsymptoms,conduct problems,hyperactivity,peer problems factorsand total difficulties score,as well as TRF anxiety and depression,and physical complaint factors(r=0.60,0.44,0.49,0.57,0.55,0.50,0.29;P<0.01),negatively correlated with SDQ prosocial behavior factor score(r=0.51,P<0.01).The internal consistency reliability was 0.902,and the correlation coefficient between the score and the total score was between 0.332~0.741,the split-half reliability was 0.693,and the test-retest reliability was 0.618after 6weeks.The median of PFC-S was 9,and the mean was 12.07±10.64.The percentile norm of the Pre-school Feelings Checklist-Scale Version(Teacherversion)had been established by gender and age group,and the 95th percentile cut-off value was 34.Conclusion:The Preschool Feelings Checklist-Scale Version(Teacher version)is a set of reliable,valid and reasonably structured preschool children's depression evaluation tool,which is suitable for screening preschool children’s depression problems.
