摘 要:本文通过验证非稳定性抗阻训练对高校男子短跑运动员下肢快速力量的影响,为高校男子短跑运动员下肢快速力量训练提供借鉴及训练思路。实验时安排受试者进行12周非稳定性抗阻训练,实验后测试两组受试者下肢快速力量及专项速度。研究发现:(1)非稳定性抗阻训练可以提升运动员下肢水平方向快速力量水平,有助于改善其连续跳跃能力。(2)非稳定性抗阻训练可以提高运动员下肢垂直方向快速力量水平,在提升原地、瞬时垂直起跳能力方面更具优势。(3)非稳定性抗阻训练可以有效提高运动员起跑加速能力。Through verifying the effect of unstable resistance training on improving the fast strength of lower limbs of male sprinters in universities, this paper provides reference for the fast strength training of lower limbs of male sprinters in universities. The experimental group was arranged to receive 12 weeks of unstable resistance training. The fast strength and acceleration ability of the lower limbs of the subjects in the two groups were tested. The research found that:(a)Unstable resistance training could improve the fast strength level of male sprinters in the horizontal direction, and improve continuous jumping ability.(b)Unstable resistance training can improve the fast strength level of the vertical direction, and have more advantages in instantaneous vertical take-off.(c)Unstable resistance training can effectively improve the starting acceleration ability of athletes.
