摘  要:教师道德是指一定社会的人们对教师与社会、教师与他人(主要指向学生)、教师与自身应然关系的反思、认同和实践,以及在此基础上形成的关于教师应当如何的观念、品格、规范和行为。从教师道德形塑与发展演变历程来看,教师道德形塑在近现代社会超越了古代封建社会的“神权形塑”,注重他者形塑,具有浓厚的科技形塑意味,主要表现为职业化、功利化、标准化取向。但随着科技的进步,教师道德形塑在发展进步的同时逐渐被异化。智能时代对教师道德形塑提出了新的发展要求,使其呈现出不同于以往社会的新形态,主要表现为:从他者形塑转向自我形塑,从被动转向主动,从关注自我转向自我与他人并重,注重协同发展。因此,智能时代教师道德形塑应坚持习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,注重从他者形塑走向自我形塑,注重构建教师道德发展共同体,即以“教师—人工智能—教师”互动的道德教育平台作为教师道德发展共同体的存在基础,以“相互融合、协同发展”作为教师道德发展共同体的生长条件,以“自爱”和“他爱”并重、加强情感投入作为教师道德发展共同体的交往途径,促进智能时代教师道德修养不断提升和完善。Teacher morality refers to the reflection,recognition and practice of people in a certain society on the relationships of teachers and society,teachers and others(mainly refers to students),and teachers and themselves,as well as the ideas,character,norms and behaviors of how the teachers should be,formed on the basis above.From the perspective of the evolution process,in the modern and technological society,teachers morality has surpassed the“shaping of theocracy”in ancient feudal society,and it pays attention to shaping of others,and is strongly shaped by science and technology,which is mainly manifested as professionalism,utilitarianism and standardization.The intelligence era puts forward new requirementsto the development of teachers moral development,which makes it take on a new form different from the previous society,mainly manifesting in the transition from other shaping to self-shaping,from passive to active,from focusing on self to paying attention to both self and others.To realize moral self-shape in the intelligent era,the teacher should pay attention to constructing teachers moral development community,taking“division,artificial intelligence”,interaction of moral education as a foundation for existence space,taking“fusion”as a condition of the growth of the moral community,taking the form of“love”as a moral community interaction,so as to guide teachers moral shaping and development of intelligent era.
