摘  要:土建类课程设计图纸和实际施工建设容易出现设计和施工“错位”的特性,两者的同频共建方式被广泛关注。为改善土建类学生“二维”的教学培养模式,在新时代教学模式改革中,融合BIM的课程设计教学是一种基于BIM实现三维图纸绘制和虚拟施工同频行进的课设教学新范式。为分析融合BIM的土建类课设教育的理论可行性和效果,以《空气调节工程》课设为例,在教师和设计师共同引导下,采用情景教学和翻转课堂等教学方法,建立融合BIM的课设教学育人总目标和课设过程教学设计。通过学生课设成效的对比分析得出,融合BIM的课设过程教学设计使得学生成绩优秀率和良好率分别提升了12.5%,中等率提高了25.0%,明显提高了课设的综合质量。因此,现代化教学模式下融合BI1 M的课设过程教学的方式方法,提高了土建类课程设计的教学育人效果。There has“dislocation”between the drawings and actual construction of civil engineering curriculum,and the co-construction mode of these two sides has been widely concerned.In order to improve the“two-dimensional”teaching mode of civil engineering students,and in the reform of teaching mode in the new era,integrating BIM with the curriculum design is a new paradigm of curriculum design teaching due to the same frequency of three-dimensional drawing and virtual construction can be realized via BIM.To analyze the theoretical feasibility and effects of civil engineering curriculum integrated with BIM,taking the curriculum of Air Conditioning Engineering as example,under the joint guidance of teachers and designers,our school adopts teaching methods including situational teaching and flipped classroom,establishes the general goal of curriculum teaching integrated with BIM,and designs the corresponding teaching process.Through the comparative analysis of the effectiveness of students’curriculum design,we conclude that the teaching design of curriculum design process integrated with BIM has significantly improved the comprehensive quality of curriculum design,in which the excellent rate,good rate and medium rate of students’grades has increased by 12.5%,12.5%and 25.0%respectively.Hence,the teaching methods of course design and course design process integrated with BIM improve the teaching and educational effect of civil engineering course.
