摘　　要：目前高职旅游专业教学工作领域中,学生普遍存在理论知识学习能力强、实践操作能力薄弱的问题,不能满足社会对人才的基本需求。因此,在高职旅游专业教学工作中应着重关注学生专业素质、操作技能、创新创造能力的发展,将项目化教学当作是基础部分,为学生合理打造校内实训室。使学生在校内实训室中全面学习旅游专业的技能、操作知识,形成正确的职业发展观念,增强职业素质、专业素养、操作能力、岗位工作能力,为增强旅游专业学生就业能力提供帮助。At present,in the field of Tourism Teaching in higher vocational colleges,students generally have the problems of strong theoretical knowledge learning ability and weak practical operation ability,which can not meet the basic needs of social talents.Therefore,we should pay attention to the development of students'professional quality,operation skills,innovation and creativity in the teaching work of tourism major in higher vocational colleges.We should regard project teaching as the basic part,and create a reasonable campus training room for students,so that students can fully learn the skills and operation knowledge of Tourism Specialty in the school training room,form a right intentions of career development concept and enhance the professional quality Quality,professional quality,operation ability and post working ability can help to enhance the employability of tourism students.
