摘　　要：社会组织政治关联是普遍存在的现象。本文通过对100篇代表性文献进行分析,主要研究了社会组织政治关联的概念、测量标准、测量方法、测量量表,以及政治关联与组织绩效的关系。研究发现,不同政治经济制度和文化背景下,政治关联的意涵不同,测量也存在不同,以往组织绩效测量过于注重经济绩效指标。研究认为,今后应结合国情进一步探讨政治关联的内涵,继续研究社会组织政治关联理论模型,分析社会组织政治关联对组织“主观绩效”的影响,开展社会组织政治关联作为因变量的相关研究。Political association of social organizations is a common phenomenon.By analyzing 100 representative documents,the concepts,measures,measures,measurement scales,and the relationship of political associations and organizational performance were mainly studied.The study found that under different political and economic systems and cultural backgrounds,the meaning of political correlation is different,and the measurements are also different.In the past,organizational performance measurement paid too much attention to economic performance indicators.The study believes that in the future,the connotation of political association should be further discussed combined with national conditions,continue to study the theoretical model of political association of social organizations,analyze the influence of social organizations on the“subjective performance”of organizations,and carry out relevant research on social organization political association as a dependent variable.
