立德树人背景下高校劳动教育路径研究

摘　　要：劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,直接决定社会主义建设者和接班人的劳动精神面貌、劳动价值取向和劳动技能水平。劳动教育要求植根中华优秀传统文化,围绕劳动实践推进立德树人,对推动劳动创新、建设教育强国意义重大。以促进高校劳动教育健康、有序、向上发展为目标,尝试探索高校劳动教育路径,精准理解“立德树人”背景下劳动教育的课程目标,设计丰富多样的劳动教育课程活动,构建系统、科学的劳动教育评价体系,形成家庭、学校、社会三位一体同心同行的教育合力。Labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics, which directly determines the labor spirit, labor value orientation and labor skill level of socialist builders and successors. Labor education requires to be rooted in the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and to promote morality and cultivating people around labor practice is of great significance to promoting labor innovation and building a strong education country. With the goal of promoting the healthy, orderly and upward development of labor education in colleges and universities, this paper attempts to explore the path of labor education in colleges and universities, accurately understand the curriculum objectives of labor education under the background of "cultivating people with morality", design a variety of labor education curriculum activities, build a system, a scientific labor education evaluation system, and form an educational joint force of family, school, and society.
