摘 要:校企合作、产教融合是职业教育改革的重要内容和方向,也是大力发展现代职业教育的必然要求。高职院校校企合作涵盖了政、行、校、企多方合作主体,同时又受到社会经济发展、市场产业结构以及高职院校办学理念和实力等因素多重影响和制约,这使得高职院校校企合作机制运行十分复杂和紧迫。通过构建长效的校企合作模式和运机、约束机制,加速校企合作走上健康有序的快车道,真正实现产教深度融合。School enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education are the important content and direction of vocational education reform,and also the inevitable requirement of vigorously developing modern vocational education.The school enterprise cooperation of Higher Vocational Colleges covers the main body of multi-party cooperation of government,industry,school and enterprise.At the same time,it is affected and restricted by multiple factors,such as social and economic development,market industrial structure,school running concept and strength of higher vocational colleges,which makes the operation of school enterprise cooperation mechanism of Higher Vocational Colleges very complex and urgent.Through the construction of long-term school enterprise cooperation mode and mechanism of transportation and restraint,the school enterprise cooperation will be on a healthy and orderly fast track,and the deep integration of production and education will be realized.
