基于中国优秀传统文化的高校辅导员工作创新研究

摘　　要：社会经济快速发展下,高校作为培养青年人才的载体,要将积极推进文化传播,弘扬优秀传统文化,促进先进文化的发展作为重点。落实到高校教育的创新中,高校辅导员要以此为切入点,推进工作创新,培养具备良好科学文化素养、思想道德素养的高素质人才。该文对中国优秀传统文化的特征进行了探讨,结合中国优秀传统文化在高校辅导员工作创新中的重要性,分析了基于中国优秀传统文化的高校辅导员工作创新路径。Under the rapid development of social economy,colleges and universities,as the carrier of cultivating young talents,should actively promote cultural communication,carry forward the excellent traditional culture,promote the development of advanced culture as the focus,and implement the innovation of college education.College counselors should take this as a starting point to promote work innovation and cultivate high quality talents with good scientific and cultural accomplishment and ideological and moral accomplishment.In this paper,the characteristics of Chinese excellent traditional culture are discussed,combined with the importance of Chinese excellent traditional culture in the innovation of the work of university counselors,analyzes the innovation path of the work of university counselors based on Chinese excellent traditional culture.
