摘　　要："沿边高校"酒店管理专业人才培养应立足沿边经济社会发展之需,以就业需求和素质养成为导向,培养具有扎实专业理论、熟练操作技能,兼具社会责任感、创新精神和国际视野的高素质应用型人才。校企合作能大大提高学生的实践技能,使学生毕业后能较快适应工作岗位,是目前"沿边高校"酒店管理专业实践教学广为推崇的教学模式。文章以"沿边高校"保山学院为例,对其酒店管理专业校企合作实践教学的现状及存在问题进行剖析,提出"沿边高校"酒店管理专业校企合作实践教学模式的改革思路。The training of hospitality management professionals in border colleges and universities should be based on the needs of border economic and social development, and be guided by employment needs and quality development, and cultivate high-quality applications with solid professional theories, skilled operation skills, social responsibility, innovative spirit and international vision Talents. School-enterprise cooperation can greatly improve students’ practical skills and enable students to adapt to their jobs quickly after graduation. It is currently a wide range of practical teaching for hotel management majors in border universities.For the respected teaching mode. This article takes Baoshan College of border colleges as an example, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of hotel management school-enterprise cooperation practice teaching, and proposes reform ideas for the school-enterprise cooperation practice teaching mode of hotel management majors in border colleges.
