摘 要:儒家礼学渊源于上古三代尤其是西周的宗法制度、礼乐文化,在历史的演进中形成了思想内涵丰富的义理系统,主要涉及礼的功能、本质、依据等各个层面。儒家礼学肯定礼对社会政治的稳定作用,认为礼的本质是亲亲、尊尊基础上的差异性,而关于礼的依据的内在性情、超越天道的论述则构成儒家哲学的重要内容。儒家礼学在近现代的社会转型中遭遇困境,对其批判与维护的论争构成儒学现代转化的重要内容。考察儒家礼学思想内涵的演进历程,有助于探索儒学现代转化的现实路径。Confucian rituals originated from the three ancient dynasties,especially the patriarchal system and ritual and music culture of the Zhou dynasty,and in the course of historical evolution,it has formed a theoretical system with rich ideological content,mainly involving various levels such as the function,essence,and basis of rituals.Confucian ritual study affirms the role of rituals in sociopolitical stability,the essence of rituals is the difference based on love relatives and respect those in honor,the discourse on the inner nature and disposition and the transcendence heavenly way according to the rituals constitutes an important part of Confucian philosophy.Confucian Rituals have encountered difficulties in the modern social transformation,and the debate between criticism and defense constitutes an important content in the modern transformation of Confucianism.Investigating the evolution of connotation of Confucian rituals can help explore the practical path of modern transformation of Confucianism.
