摘 要:酒店管理专业前厅服务与管理课程教学模式正在不断地探索改进中。以教学大赛为契机,从重构教学内容、建设数字化资源、多样化教学评价体系、改革教学策略四方面探索前厅服务与管理课程线上线下混合式教学模式的实施,并通过以赛促教、赛岗融合持续改进教学模式,使线上教学更有深度、线下教学更有针对性、数字化资源库内容更丰富、教学平台使用更灵活、教学高度融合行业新业态。The teaching mode of Front Office Service and Management courses for Hotel Management major is constantly being explored and improved.Taking the teaching competition as an opportunity,this paper explores the implementation of the online and offline blended teaching mode of Front Office Service and Management course from four aspects:reconstructing teaching content,building digital resources,diversifying teaching evaluation systems,and reforming teaching strategies.The teaching mode can be improved continuously by promoting teaching through competitions and competition-teaching integration,making online teaching more in-depth,offline teaching more targeted,digital resource library content richer,teaching platform use more flexible,and teaching highly integrated with new industry formats.
