中职加工制造领域“双师型”教师胜任力模型建构

摘　　要：采用实证研究方法建构中职加工制造领域“双师型”教师胜任力模型。首先,通过内容分析法梳理国内外“双师型”教师能力研究成果,编制《中职“双师型”教师胜任力词典》。其次,向20名中职加工制造类专业“双师型”教师开展行为事件访谈,获取访谈文本(平均字数15460字/人)。并对照自编《教师专业能力词典》借助NVivo数据分析软件提取教师行为事件中的专业能力特征。最后利用SPSS统计分析软件对编码结果进行独立样本T检验,建构中职“双师型”教师胜任力模型,发现优秀教师与普通教师在“关心学生”等12项胜任力特征中存在差异。Empirical research methods are used to construct competency model of double qualified teachers in Processing and Manufacturing Major in Secondary Vocational School.First,content analysis method is used to sort out the research results of double qualified teachers’competence at home and abroad and Double Qualified Teachers’Competency Dictionary was edited.Second,behavioral incident interviews were conducted with 20 secondary vocational Double Qualified teachers,get interview text,control feature.Finally,based on the analysis of coding results,competency model of Double Qualified teachers is constructed.It is found that there are differences between excellent teachers and ordinary teachers in 12 competency characteristics,such as caring for students.
