摘  要:课程思政教育能力体现的是教师的综合表现能力,最终效果受专业课教师的知识储备、思政认知等诸多因素影响。基于浙江省范围内高职院校专业课教师的胜任力的实证调查研究,通过聚类分析将专业课教师分为“高能力—高认知”“高能力—低认知”“低能力—高认知”和“低能力—低认知”四种类型,形成胜任力画像。总结不同画像模型存在的个体特征、行为特点和胜任力差异,提出针对性的分类优化策略,帮助高职院校打造满足课程思政教学要求、践行课程思政教育理念的师资队伍。The ideological and political ability of the curriculum is the embodiment of the comprehensive ability of teachers,and the final effect is affected by many factors such as the knowledge reserves and values of specialty teachers.The competency of specialty teachers in higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province is investigated and analyzed empirically.Through cluster analysis,specialty teachers with different competencies are divided into four categories:"high ability⁃high cognition","high ability⁃low cognition","low ability⁃high cognition"and"low ability⁃low cognition",forming a competency portrait.The differences in individual characteristics,behavioral characteristics and competencies of different portrait models are summarized and differentiated classification optimization strategies are proposed,with a view to helping higher vocational colleges build a teaching team that meets the teaching requirements of"curriculum ideological and political"and practices the educational concept of curriculum ideology and politics.
