摘　　要：《专业学位研究生教育发展方案(2020—2025)》的颁布实施,标志着专业学位研究生培养进入发展的快车道,高校专业人才培养进入历史机遇期,同时也面临着新的挑战。哈尔滨工程大学水声专业具有显著的行业和国防特征,正值国家海洋强国战略和海上丝绸之路战略的快速推进,海洋环境监测、水下安全和水下装备建设急需大量应用型水声专业技术人才,作为水声人才培养的摇篮,如何快速适应国家战略培养专业对口高素质水声技术人才意义重大。该文从招生规模的发展分析水声工程学院专业学位研究生培养的现状,梳理目前面临的几个突出问题,针对这些问题,提出围绕行业需求,基于基层学术团队和教学团队,通过校企双导师政策引导结合项目合作驱动、校企联合专项和创新基地专项等多模式并举,化整为零,动态按需培养,在与企业相互融合的过程中,梳理企业对人才的真实需求,不断优化专业学位研究生培养方案,创新培养模式,不断提升人才培养质量,从满足行业需求人才培养的角度,展望今后应主动作为适应国家战略和行业人才培养的需求。The promulgation and implementation of the development plan for professional degree graduate education(2020—2025)marks that the training of professional degree graduate students has entered a fast track of development,and the training of professional talents in colleges and universities has entered a period of historical opportunities,but also faces new challenges.The discipline of"underwater acoustic engineering"of Harbin Engineering University has remarkable industry and national defense characteristics.It is just at the time of the rapid promotion of the national marine power strategy and the maritime Silk Road strategy.Marine environment monitoring,underwater safety and underwater equipment construction are in urgent need of a large number of applied underwater acoustic professionals.As the cradle of underwater acoustic talent training,it is of great significance to quickly adapt to the national strategy to cultivate professional counterpart high-quality underwater acoustic technical talents.Based on the development of enrollment scale,this paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates in the school of underwater acoustic engineering,combs several outstanding problems currently faced,and proposes to focus on the needs of the industry,based on the grass-roots academic team and teaching team,through the school enterprise dual tutor policy guidance,combined with the project cooperation drive,the school enterprise joint special project and the innovation base special project and other multi-mode simultaneous development,break the whole into parts,and dynamically cultivate on demand,In the process of mutual integration with enterprises,it combs the real needs of enterprises for talents,constantly optimizes the training scheme for professional degree postgraduates,innovates the training mode,and continuously improves the quality of talent training.From the perspective of meeting the needs of talent training in the industry,it looks forward to the main action in the f
