高校“课内外一体化”体育课程模式的实践与前瞻探讨

摘　　要：在体育教育改革的背景下,高校体育教育课程开始实行“课内外一体化”的教学模式,本质上是把课堂教学同课外教学以及体育活动、竞赛结合到一起,形成课内外有机融合的体育课程体系。通过“课内外一体化”体育教学模式,能够更好地整合体育教学资源,改善传统体育课程的结构,促进体育教学质量的提高。在“课内外一体化”体育教育模式中,一些学校也根据自身的情况进行了相应的变化,如西南交通大学建立的体育健康超市,符合学校教育的改革发展,又真正落实开足开齐体育课教育指导政策。该文将对“课内外一体化”教学模式在高校体育的开展进行分析,对其以后的发展进行前瞻。Under the background of physical education reform,the physical education curriculum in Colleges and universities has begun to implement the teaching mode of"integration inside and outside the class".In essence,it combines classroom teaching with extracurricular teaching and sports activities to form an organic integration of physical education curriculum system.Through the"integration of in and out of class"physical education teaching mode,we can better integrate physical education teaching resources,improve the structure of traditional physical education curriculum,and promote the improvement of physical education teaching quality.In the"integration of inside and outside class"sports mode,some schools have also made corresponding changes according to their own situation.For example,the sports health supermarket established by Southwest Jiaotong University conforms to the reform and development of the school and promotes the development of physical education.This paper will analyze the development of"integration of inside and outside class"teaching mode in college physical education,and look forward to its future development.
