工学结合背景下高职学生党员劳动教育研究

摘　　要：在工学结合背景下对高职学生党员进行劳动教育极具现实意义。高职学生党员培养所具有的职业性、区域性和短时性特征,催生出了将“以劳育德”作为目标诉求、以“工学结合”作为模式选择的高职学生党员劳动教育方向。对高职学生党员进行劳动教育,可以采取贴合“三性”的社会劳动志愿服务模式、“三位一体”学生党员劳动教育共管模式、“1+N”学生党员劳动教育在线培育模式等方式展开。Under the background of work-study integration,it is of practical significance to carry out the labor education for student Party members in higher vocational colleges.The vocational,regional and short-term characteristics of the training of student Party members in higher vocational colleges have given birth to the direction of labor education for student Party members in higher vocational colleges,which takes"labor and moral education"as the goal and"work-study integration"as the mode choice.The labor education for student Party members in higher vocational colleges can be carried out in such ways as the"three natures"social labor volunteer service mode,the"trinity"student Party member labor education co-management mode,and the"1+N"student Party member labor education online cultivation mode.
