摘  要:在后普职融通时代,高中教育办学模式改革目标是在近期的一定时限内将双轨制高中全面改造为一体化综合高中。一体化综合高中和发展一体化综合高中的教育改革要义是融通对象的全体性、学生入学的非分流性、存在样态的非极性、培养目标的综合性、办学功能的全面性、融通载体的实体性、融通途径的自主性、改革主体的国家性。发展一体化综合高中的正内部效应体现为有助于促进学生全面发展和终身发展,更充分实现普教与职教资源的整合、共享和进一步强化劳动教育,提升职业教育、职业性学科的地位,从源头上为减轻义务教育阶段学生的学业负担提供保障,确保全体高中生都有升学的希望;其正外部效应体现为增进家庭生活的幸福,改善儿童社会化的家庭环境,促进产业转型升级和经济社会更好地发展,促进教育公平和社会共同富裕。发展综合高中的当务之急是强化促进教育公平的理念,以对治侧倾于社会效率的行政逻辑,雷厉风行、勇猛改革,加强顶层设计。In the post-general-vocational education integration era,the reform goal of high school education running model is to transform recently dual system high schools into integrated comprehensive high schools within a limited time.The key points of the reform are the universality of the integration target,the non-diversion of student enrollment,the non-polarity of the existence pattern,the comprehensiveness of the training goal,the comprehensiveness of the school function,the entity of the integration carrier,the autonomy of the integration pathway,and the nationality of the reform subject.The positive internal effects of the comprehensive high schools are that it helps promote students’all-round development and lifelong development,more fully realizes the integration and sharing of resources between general education and vocational education and further strengthen labor education,enhance the status of vocational education and vocational disciplines,provide guarantee from the source to reduce the academic burden of students at the compulsory education stage,and ensure that all high school students have the hope of going on to higher education;its positive external effects are to enhance the happiness of family life,improve the family environment for children’s socialization,promote industrial transformation and upgrading and a better economic society,and facilitate educational equity and social prosperity.It is imperative for the development of comprehensive high schools to strengthen the concept of promoting educational equity in order to cure the administrative logic that is tilted towards social efficiency,and to strengthen the top-level design with thunderous and courageous reforms.
