摘 要:针对目前技师学院模具专业课程模式存在的问题,以学习领域课程模式为例进行研究。结合调研企业注塑模具型芯修复案例,分析电火花机技工工作岗位特点,根据学生职业能力发展的顺序做行动领域的归纳,由学习领域的转化再到学习情境的设计,来检验学生满足学习领域技师学院模具专业能力的要求,运用多媒体设备和职业教学法,设计适用于课堂教学活动的学习情境。最后提出了在智能制造背景下对模具专业课程发展方向的设想。In view of the problems existing in the course mode of die&mold speciality in technician college,this paper studies the course mode of learning field.Based on the investigation of injection mold core repair cases in enterprises,the characteristics of EDM mechanic positions are analyzed.The action fields are summarized according to the order of students'professional ability development.To test the students to meet the learning field technicians college die&mold professional capacity requirements,the use of multimedia equipment and vocational teaching methods,designed for classroom teaching learning environment.Finally,the development direction of die&mold specialty courses under the background of intelligent manufacturing is proposed.
