高职院校涉农专业“三农情怀”人才培养路径探索

摘　　要：习近平总书记强调,中国现代化离不开农业农村现代化,农业农村现代化关键在科技、在人才。培育适于乡村现代化发展的“三农情怀”人才是高职院校涉农专业的使命担当,新农科建设要以“农”为突破口,以入学教育为起点,树品牌,立特色,将“三农情怀”贯穿人才培养全过程,以此调动农林人才服务乡村振兴的内生动力,让“农”字专业成为显学、热学。President Xi Jinping emphasized that China’s modernization is inseparable from agricultural and rural modernization,and the key to agricultural and rural modernization lies in science and technology and talents.Cultivating talents with"feelings of agriculture,rural areas and farmers"suitable for the development of rural modernization is the mission of agriculture-related majors in vocational colleges.The construction of"new agriculture"should take"agriculture"as a breakthrough,take enrollment education as a starting point,establish brands and establish characteristics."Three rural feelings"throughout the whole process of personnel training,so as to mobilize the endogenous driving force of agricultural and forestry talents to serve the revitalization of the countryside,so as to make the"agriculture"major become more important and popular.
