摘　　要：教师评价素养直接影响评价效用。针对职业英语形成性评价体系,融合技术价值与人本价值,有助于教师从评价知识、评价技能和评价观念三个方面提升评价素养。教师应高效利用技术资源,探讨评价核心要素的设置,提升动态评价意识,拓展评价范围,建立学习共同体充分发挥教师的评价主导性,从而提升评价有效性,实现以评促学。Teacher assessment literacy directly affects assessment utility.With regard to the formative assessment system of vocational English,integrating the technology value and the humanistic value will help teachers improve assessment literacy from three aspects:assessment knowledge,assessment skills,and assessment concepts.Teachers should make efficient use of technical resources,discuss the setting of the core elements of assessment,enhance the awareness of dynamic assessment,expand the scope of assessment,and establish a learning community to fully realize teachers’leading role in assessment,so as to improve the effectiveness of assessment and promote learning.
