摘　　要：《高等教育信息素养框架》的核心思想内涵是“保持开放的思想与批判的态度”,教学实践中的测试发现,大学生的信息素养缺陷正在于此。因此,信息素养教育的首要内容就是培养科学的思维方式,特别是批判性思维。因为思想的开放实质上来自于对自身观念的批判。思维方式是人的心理机制,它的建立与改变必须通过训练与实践,因而信息素养教育需要采取“训练”而非“讲授”的方式,全员参与是这一模式得以全程开展的保证。The core idea of The Framework of Information Literacy in Higher Education is to keep an open mind and a critical attitude.Tests in teaching practice have found that young students'literacy defects lie in this.Therefore,the primary content of information literacy education is to cultivate scientific way of thinking,especially critical thinking.Because the opening of the mind essentially comes from the criticism of their own ideas.Thinking mode is a psychological mechanism of human beings,and its establishment and change must be through training and practice.Therefore,information literacy education needs to adopt the way of"training"rather than"teaching".Full participation is the guarantee for the whole development of this model.
