牟宗三本体认识论要义辨析

摘　　要：智的直觉当中存在良知呈现、逆觉体证、良知自我坎陷等关联性术语。智的直觉有其生发过程,体现为良知呈现,良知如何呈现则通过逆觉体证展开。逆觉体证具有三种形态和两重结构,其中良知自我坎陷表明第二重逆觉尚有两层区分。智的直觉何以可能是一个逻辑上无法论证的前提,不属于思辨理性范围,其本质是实践理性。智的直觉是一种道德觉情,能提供道德实践的动力。体现认识本体需知行合一。在牟宗三那里,智的直觉还是一个关涉自由的概念,把康德的知性为自然立法转变为自心自由立法,才是牟宗三设想的人类能实现的真正自由。In the intuition of intelligence,there are related terms such as the presentation of conscience,the reverse realization of conscience,and the self-depression of conscience.Intellectual intuition has its germinative process,which is reflected in the presentation of conscience,and how conscience is presented is unfolded through the reverse realization of conscience.There are three forms and two-layer structure of the reverse realization of conscience.Among them,the self-depression of conscience indicates that there are still two layers of distinction in the second level of reverse realization.why inellectual intuition exist may be a lopially unarguable premise.It does not belong to the scope of speculative reason,and its essence is practical reason.Inellectual intuition is a kind of moral feeling,which can provide the driving force for moral practice,rlcting the knowledge of noumenon requirs the unity of knowledge and action.For Mou Zongsan,the itellectual intuition is still a coneept related to freedom,and it is Mou Zongsan's vision that human beings can realize the real freedom by transforming Kant's itellet legislation for nature to conscience legislationo for itself.
