摘 要:对话教学是指教学过程中师生在互相尊重、互相信任、彼此平等的基础上,通过语言而进行的双向交流和沟通活动。对话教学是一种新的教学形态,其核心是建立平等的师生关系,确立师生共同的教学主体地位。对话教学并不仅仅是一种教学方法和教学技巧,而应成为一种教育精神和教学原则。公安院校对话教学的有效实施,需要构建和把握三个基本要素,即运行要素、动力要素和保障要素。努力探索和积极推进对话教学,对于改变公安院校传统的教学模式,充分彰显公安教育的育人功能,培养符合时代要求的新型警务人才具有极其重要的意义。Dialogue instruction refers to the two-way communication between teachers and students on the basis of mutual respect,mutual trust,equality and mutual benefit in school teaching.Dialogue instruction is a new teaching form,the core of which is to establish equal teacher-student relationship and establish the common teaching subject status of teachers and students.Dialogue instruction is not only a teaching method and teaching skill,but also a kind of educational spirit and teaching principle.The effective implementation of dialogue instruction in police colleges needs to construct and grasp three basic elements,namely operation element,driving element and guarantee element.It plays an extremely important role in changing the traditional teaching mode of police colleges,fully displaying the educational function of police education,and cultivating new police talents in line with the needs of the times.
