高职院校住宿制书院育人模式的探索与思考

摘　　要：在推进职业教育事业高质量发展的背景下,以学生社区为空间基础,致力于通识教育、师生交流、德育文化活动、宿区管理和服务水平提升的高职院校住宿制书院探索,推动了高职院校育人理念、育人模式的革新和德育质量的提升。在经历了效仿、调试和创新三阶段后,高职院校书院建设通过打造一流书院环境、建立通识课程体系、实现师生深度共融、组织精品文化活动、健全管理服务机制等举措,实现了促进学生职业和人生共同发展的育人目标。Under the background of pushing forward the development of high quality professional education and based on the space of student community, this paper intends to explore how to be committed to the general education, communication between teachers and students, culture activities of moral education, accommodation area management and the service level of residential college in higher vocational colleges in order to promote the innovation of educational concept, the educational mode in higher vocational colleges and the improvement of moral quality. After experiencing the three stages of imitation, debugging and innovation, with regards to the college construction in higher vocational colleges, it summarizes the implementation measures in five aspects: to build a first-class college environment, establish a general education curriculum system, achieve the depth of integration between teachers and students, organize high-quality cultural activities, improve the management and service mechanism and to achieve the goal of promoting students’ career and life development.
