摘 要:本文以清远职业技术学院食品生物技术专业与肇庆学院食品科学工程合作开展“三二分段”专本对接项目为依托,首先分析了“三二分段”课程体系现存的主要问题,针对出现的问题总结提出了食品生物技术专业专本对接课程体系开发流程,根据此开发流程制定了高职食品生物技术与本科食品科学与工程“三二分段”课程体系和转段方案,并提出了全过程监控毕业培养质量的方法。本文提出的课程体系开发方法对其他专本对接专业课程体系的开发提供了参考,具有重要的借鉴意义。Based on the cooperation between food biotechnology major of Qingyuan Polytechnic and food science engineering of Zhaoqing University to carry out the "three-two sections" special course docking project, this paper first analyzes the existing main problems of the "three-two sections" curriculum system, summarizes and puts forward the development process of special course docking curriculum system for food biotechnology major, According to this development process, the curriculum system and transition scheme of "three-two sections" of food biotechnology and undergraduate food science and engineering in higher vocational colleges are formulated, and the method of monitoring the quality of graduation training in the whole process is put forward. The development method of curriculum system proposed in this paper provides a reference for the development of curriculum system of other specialized and undergraduate docking majors, which has important reference significance.
