摘  要:赏识教育的本质就是通过尊重、宽容和爱的教育去激励学生,引导学生自我欣赏,激发学生的内在潜能,助力学生发现适合自己的学习模式。文章简述实施赏识教育遇到的困境,分析品德养成教育中实施赏识教育的必要性,指出品德养成教育中实施赏识教育的策略:尊重赏识对象的差异,进行多维化教育;扩展赏识方式,打造家校共育模式;把控赏识的度,实现赏识与批评融合;创新赏识渠道,重视网络媒体的运用。The essence of appreciation education is to stimulate students through respect,tolerance and love education,guide students to appreciate themselves,stimulate their internal potential,and help students find their own learning mode.This paper briefly describes the difficulties encountered in the implementation of appreciation education,analyzes the necessity of implementing appreciation education in moral cultivation education,and points out the strategies of implementing appreciation education in moral cultivation education:respecting the differences of appreciation objects,and conducting multi-dimensional education;expand the way of appreciation and create a family school education model;control the degree of appreciation and realize the integration of appreciation and criticism;innovate appreciation channels and attach importance to the use of online media.
