摘  要:此文从助教(Teaching assistant)制度的功能定位及国内外实践应用、助教制度在新冠疫情期间网课中的应用、助教制度的优化及其对课程建设的启示,分别进行阐述。以期今后助教制度能更好地应用于各类课程建设,有助于提升教师教学能力、提高教育教学质量和人才培养质量,服务于“双一流”大学建设。This paper expounds the function orientation of the teaching assistant system and its practical application at home and abroad,the application of the assistant teaching system in online course during COVID-19,and the optimization of the assistant teaching system and its enlightenment on curriculum construction.It is hoped that the teaching assistant system can be better applied to all kinds of curriculum construction in the future,which will help to improve the teaching ability of teachers,improve the quality of education and the quality of personnel training,and serve the construction of“double first-class”university.
