摘 要:目的在中医心血管内科临床教学中应用案例式教学法(CBL)+客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)教学法,并分析其应用效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月在中国医科大学附属第一医院中医心血管内科实习的80名学生,根据实习时间不同,将其分为2组。对照组40名学生采取传统教学模式;观察组40名学生应用CBL结合OSCE教学法。结果观察组学生的理论考核,临床操作技能,病史采集、查体及书写病历,临床病例分析成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生对教学方法的满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在中医心血管内科临床教学中应用CBL结合OSCE教学法可提高教学效果,学生对教学方法的满意度更高,有利于综合素质的培养。Objective To apply the case-based teaching method(CBL)+Objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)teaching method in the clinical teaching of Chinese medicine and cardiovascular internal medicine,and to analyze its application effect.Methods From March 2020 to March 2021,80 interns who were internships in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were selected.According to the different internship time,they were divided into two groups.40 students in the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.40 students in the observation group adopted the CBL+OSCE teaching method.Results Students’performance in theoretical assessment,clinical operation skills,medical history collection,physical examination and writing of medical records,and clinical case analysis of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the students in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The application of CBL+OSCE teaching method in the clinical teaching of cardiology of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the teaching effect,and students are more satisfied with the teaching method,which is conducive to the cultivation of comprehensive quality.
